But yet I get every sales pitch they send out in my email without any problems. I have reached out to Applian numerous times over the past years and have never received any help or reply that I have seen for this problem.

Today I tried the program again, it checks my license and says everything is OK but nothing captures. I'm now 73, retired and would like to be able to use this software. I am finally fed up with their lack of service and their arrogant attitude. I have marked the video screen, I have tried background mode and all the recommended settings and nothing captures. I currently have the version Replay Video Capture 10 installed. When I try to capture from Netflix, Disney and or an other servers, it. I keep hoping that a newer version will work and have updated several times. I have owned many versions of Applian Technologies versions of Replay Video editions over the years, but I have never been able to get any of their Screen Capture in Background modes to work.
